DESIGNING APARTMENTS AND ARRANGING INTERIORS – HOW DOES IT WORK?

At DEER DESIGN, we offer projects based on our basic packages. Each of them is customized to fit the expectations of our Clients, from prepping the apartment for rental, through designing and finishing interiors, all the way to arranging spaces by combining modern solutions with high-quality materials.

All of our packages consist of multiple steps, which makes interior design that much simpler.

• We start by presenting the offer, upon which the Client chooses their preferred package. Next, we sign an agreement with the Client.
• The next step is to identify the Client’s individual style – this stage includes working on the design and choosing materials. This is also when the cost estimate is prepared and when we determine the time needed to complete the project.
• After that, we draw up executive designs and 3D visualizations and provide them to the Client for approval.
• Next, we visit the apartment, take inventory of the belongings, order and transport the necessary materials and then continue to monitor the works and the deadlines.
• The last step is the handover of the finished apartment and working on interior décor. Upon the Client’s request, we organize a photoshoot.
