The Modern House of Janek Dąbrowski and Sylwia Przybysz

Minimalism and Smart Solutions in a Taupe Colour Palette
This interior is a thoughtfully designed, tailor-made project for a large family, where minimalism and the latest technologies blend seamlessly with sophisticated design and functionality. Smart and modern solutions, such as a stunning steam fireplace, intelligent lighting, and a hidden pantry, simplify daily life while harmonising with a calm, neutral colour scheme of whites and beiges, accented with black and deep brown wood tones. Microcement flooring and stairs, along with decorative plaster walls, give the space a slightly industrial character, but in a bright and soft interpretation

The influencer couple dreamed of creating a cozy and comfortable family nest. That’s why ergonomics and modern solutions became a priority, yet always with an aesthetic finish.
The U-shaped kitchen features a hidden pantry discreetly concealed behind cabinetry, making everyday tasks easier without disrupting the minimalist aesthetic.

The impressive steam fireplace, set into a microcement wall, is not only stylish but also safe for children, while the smart lighting system allows users to adjust illumination without interrupting their activities.
In the staircase area, a striking optical illusion enhances the sense of space—huge mirrors reflecting a monumental rock crystal chandelier create a stunning visual effect.

“This house is filled with “small luxuries” designed for every family member. It boasts three bathrooms, each with a distinct purpose. The main bathroom resembles a luxurious spa, featuring a large composite bathtub, a stone countertop sink, and a dedicated vanity area—a private relaxation space for Sylwia.”

“The daughters’ room is a true children’s paradise, designed in a warm, cozy colour palette. The focal point is a magnificent bunk bed with a slide, which, thanks to its softly upholstered panels, creates the perfect safe and comfortable environment for both restful sleep and play.”

“Next to the bedroom, there is a separate walk-in closet, but storage space doesn’t end there! In Janek’s home office, a floor-to-ceiling wardrobe was designed with a custom solution—a built-in workspace seamlessly integrated into the cabinetry. This smart design maximises the available space while ensuring a comfortable and efficient work environment.”
