Contemporary Design with Boho Touches

This project is rooted in modern style — clean, minimalist and timeless. The layout was designed around a clear division into zones, allowing the open-plan living area to seamlessly connect the lounge, dining space and kitchen, while the private zone offers greater comfort and practicality. Simple built-in forms are balanced with warm brown tones, natural materials and understated boho accents that soften the contemporary feel of the interior. The focal point of the living area is the navy kitchen with an island — a bold colour statement that brings contrast to the calm, neutral palette.

The biggest design challenge was reworking the bathroom layout from the original developer’s plan. The placement of the WC drain at the far end of the room proved particularly problematic, as it required a full-depth concealed wall to house the frame system. The layout was therefore completely redesigned to maintain comfortable circulation and everyday functionality despite the additional structure. A walk-in shower with a sliding glass panel helped maximise the available space while preserving the light, contemporary feel of the interior.
