This apartment reflects the way its owner lives – frequent travel, time with friends and a genuine passion for cooking. That’s exactly what Ola Nowak wanted: a home that supports a busy routine while still feeling calm and inviting. Light colours, soft shapes and subtle feminine details create a relaxed atmosphere, and the open-plan layout with comfortable textiles and a modern kitchen works well both day-to-day and when guests come over. Patterned accessories and small souvenirs from her travels add a clear personal touch.

The apartment was created by combining two separate units, which required a full redesign of the layout. The main challenge was the difference in floor and ceiling levels. Deer Design’s specialists resolved this by levelling all surfaces and installing large-format sintered stone in the living area and kitchen for a unified, polished look.

A spacious bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe now occupies the space of one of the original kitchens, and the main bathroom has been enlarged to include a generous shower and practical built-in storage with a concealed washing machine.
