A 63 m² Apartment with Wood and Green Accents

Bespoke Joinery and Natural Finishes

This 63 m² flat was completed as part of the Modern fit-out programme. The interior was designed around a nature-inspired palette, combining warm wood tones with a neutral backdrop and several shades of green. Classic herringbone oak flooring runs through the living room, study and bedroom, creating a consistent base across the home. In the living area, sage green kitchen cabinetry with fluted fronts forms the main visual accent. The same shade reappears in the illuminated display cabinet and bathroom, bringing a sense of continuity to the scheme without making the design feel repetitive.

Much of the furniture and storage was designed to measure. The kitchen, wardrobes, TV unit and glazed display cabinet make use of specific areas within the flat and provide generous storage without introducing additional freestanding furniture. The bathroom has a bolder character, where deep green tiles are balanced by lighter surfaces and brushed gold fittings. A spacious walk-in shower, recessed shelves for toiletries and bespoke cabinetry were carefully planned so that every function has its place while the room remains calm and uncluttered.
