1.0 General Provisions
1.1 This Privacy Policy defines the principles for processing personal data of users of the website www.deerdesign.pl and serves informational purposes.

1.3 Using the Website constitutes acceptance of this Privacy Policy.

2.1 Administrator – The website administrator and personal data controller, i.e., Deer Design Sp. z o.o., based in Warsaw (00-818), Twarda 64, registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, XIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number: 0000652043, NIP: 527-278-94-41, REGON: 366063422.
2.2 Cookies – Data about visits to the Website, particularly: IP address, domain name, browser type, and operating system type.

2.4 GDPR – Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
2.5 Website – The website www.deerdesign.pl, enabling Users to access the Administrator’s services.
2.6 User – A natural person using the Website.
3.0 Rules for Processing Personal Data
3.1 The data controller is Deer Design Sp. z o.o., based in Warsaw.

3.3 User personal data will be processed for:
a) Providing electronic services and access to Website content – Article 6(1)(a) GDPR;
b) Using the contact form to identify the User and respond to inquiries – Article 6(1)(a) GDPR;
c) Analytical and statistical purposes to assess User preferences and improve services – Article 6(1)(f) GDPR;
d) Responding to User questions – Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest of the Administrator);
e) Marketing purposes for the Administrator and cooperating entities, including personalized service offers – Article 6(1)(f) GDPR;
f) Legitimate interests of the Administrator, such as archiving and ensuring data security – Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
3.4 Recipients of User personal data may include entities affiliated with or cooperating with the Administrator in furniture installation, credit mediation, real estate brokerage, and insurance services.
3.5 Data will be transferred to LiveChat Inc. (101 Arch Street, 8th Floor, Boston MA 02110, USA) under Standard Contractual Clauses.
3.6 Data will be stored until the User withdraws consent or the data is no longer needed for processing purposes.
3.7 The Website processes the following User data:
a) Name and surname,
b) Phone,
c) Email,
d) Address details.
3.8 Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary for responding to inquiries and presenting service offers.

4.1 Users have the right to access, correct, delete, limit processing, transfer data, object to processing, and withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
