Information Clause Regarding Data Collection

Pursuant to Article 13(1) and (2) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of personal data, please be informed that:

1. The controller of your personal data is Deer Design Sp. z o.o., with its registered office at ul. Twarda 64, 00-818 Warsaw;

3. Your personal data will be processed to enable a response to your inquiries, based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interests of the data controller). Additionally, upon your consent, your data may be processed to present offers for services provided by entities financially or organizationally affiliated with the data controller or cooperating entities, pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Furthermore, your data may be used for the purpose of preparing reports for developers under agreements between the controller and the developers, based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR;
4. Recipients of your personal data will include entities financially or organizationally affiliated with the data controller and cooperating entities providing furniture installation services, credit mediation, real estate brokerage, and property insurance;
5. Your personal data will not be transferred to any third country or international organization;
   Your personal data will be stored until you withdraw your consent for processing or until the data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected;
6. You have the right to access your data, rectify it, delete it, restrict its processing, transfer it, object to its processing, and withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal;
7. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the GDPR;
8. Providing your personal data is voluntary. However, please note that providing your data is necessary to respond to your inquiry. Granting consent for data processing is a condition for presenting service offers provided by entities affiliated with or organizationally connected to the Data Controller, including Deer Wood Sp. z o.o., DeeHome Sp. z o.o, DDB Design & Build Sp. z .o.o., Finamax Sp. z o.o., and Finamax Nieruchomości Sp. z o.o.
