Three Interiors. Three Colours. Three Distinct Atmospheres.
From a studio flat to a spacious apartment.
For the Kraków development by MFC, three distinct apartment concepts were created: a studio, a two-room layout, and a spacious residence with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Each interior builds its own identity through a dominant colour palette, materials and expressive detailing – from warm browns, through green with black accents, to bold burgundy paired with a black-and-white motif.
- Property Type: Three apartments
- Scope of Work: Interior design project
“In the studio, my intention was to create an enveloping interior. Chocolate browns and brown-gold accents build a sense of warmth and understated elegance despite the compact size. I proposed two functional options – an open-plan layout with a sofa bed, or a separated sleeping area enclosed with a glazed partition. The second option offers greater privacy, although at the expense of space. It is a deliberate compromise, demonstrating how varied users’ needs can be.”

“In the two-bedroom apartment, structure and rhythm were key. Green became the dominant colour, while black accents and a glazed wall in the hallway introduce a strong compositional frame. The glass partition organises the functional layout without enclosing the space. The result is a contemporary yet balanced interior – defined by a bold colour accent and a clear division of zones.”

“In the largest apartment, I allowed myself a bolder approach to colour. Burgundy introduces depth and character, while the black-and-white motif – visible, for instance, in the rug – breaks the classical elegance. Dark wood does not enclose the space thanks to the generous floor area, and rounded mouldings together with soft, curved cabinetry lines gently balance the overall composition.”
