Thoughtful Dialogue of Textures and Materials
Urban Elegance
The interiors of the show apartment at the Conrada 30 development by Marvipol were designed in a contemporary style, naturally aligned with urban living. Classic accents are balanced with modern forms, giving the space a distinctive yet calm character. A muted colour palette forms the base, allowing a thoughtful interplay of materials and textures – matt and semi-matt finishes, glass, and fabrics with varied structures – to take centre stage. These combinations create depth and a sense of cosiness while maintaining visual clarity and supporting relaxation.

“The design was developed through precise work with proportion, rhythm and materiality. A wallpaper with a woven texture visually connects the living area with the corridor, while bespoke cabinetry allows the storage potential to be fully maximised. Floor-to-ceiling panelled doors emphasise the vertical lines of the interior and subtly correct the proportions of the circulation space. Every material was selected consciously – its texture and character contributing to a cohesive whole.”

“The developer aimed to retain the functional layout proposed as part of the investment’s standard, in order to showcase the spatial arrangement possibilities with minimal alterations. High-quality materials consistent with those specified for the rest of the building were used, their textures and interaction with light enhancing the impression of a refined, contemporary space.”
