Urban Elegance at the Stalove Estate

For aHouse Development, we created visualisations and functional layouts for an apartment in line with the architecture of Stalove Estate.

The design combines loft-style materials with a warmer, softer feel. Brick, steel accents and graphite tones are balanced by warm beige, earthy colours, wood-effect joinery and stone-inspired finishes. Burgundy details add depth, while the statement shelving and extractor hood show how practical elements can also become decorative features.

Designed for Everyday Living

Full-height storage makes use of every centimetre of space, providing practical solutions for a family of four. These include a multi-level shoe rack and a dedicated docking area for a robotic vacuum cleaner.
The original apartment layout was retained, while the bathroom was reorganised to better suit the residents’ daily needs.
