“The building’s facade in a soft loft style blends industrial motifs with modern residential architecture, a theme carried into the apartment’s interior. The design reflects the building’s character through the use of red brick, white plaster, and black metal in a softened form. The colour palette is grounded in earthy tones—subtle beiges, rusty browns, muted greens, black, and white.”
