1. These Terms and Conditions define the rules and conditions of the promotional campaign called “DEER DESIGN AMBASSADOR REFERRAL PROGRAM” (hereinafter: the “Promotional Campaign”), addressed to persons who refer the services of Deer Design Sp. z o.o. (hereinafter: the “Terms”).

2. The organizer of the Promotional Campaign is Deer Design Sp. z o.o., located at ul. Twarda 64, 00-818 Warsaw, registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under number KRS: 0000652043, tax ID NIP 527-278-94-41, REGON: 366063422 (hereinafter: the “Organizer”).

3.Participation in the Promotional Campaign is tantamount to acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

1. These Terms and Conditions are addressed to Users of the Service.
2. Deer Design provides the Service by delivering information and materials related to interior design and furniture projects.
3. The Service aims to inspire Users and support decision-making for planned interior design projects.
4. Deer Design reserves the right to temporarily suspend the ability to submit electronic declarations (e.g., declarations of personal data changes) in the following cases:
   1. If the User acts contrary to the Terms and Conditions or applicable laws.
   2. For security reasons.
   3. If incorrect, incomplete, or false data is provided by the User.

1. The Service will commence after the agreement for the Service is concluded.
2. The agreement is concluded upon:
   1. Successful submission of the registration form, including acknowledgment and acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.
   2. Registration confirmation via the activation link sent to the User’s provided email address.
3. The Service is free of charge.
4. Users must refrain from providing unlawful content, particularly third-party data without appropriate consent.
5. Messages sent under the Service may constitute copyrighted works protected under applicable laws. Unauthorized copying, modifying, or using them for purposes other than intended or without Deer Design’s consent may infringe copyright.
6. Users must provide accurate information during registration or updates.
7. If the User’s data changes, it is their responsibility to update it.

1. Under the Service, Deer Design will provide:
   1. Educational materials on planning and executing interior design projects.
   2. Information about completed projects.
   3. Information about Deer Design events related to design and interior finishing.
   4. Details on discounts and promotions for Newsletter subscribers.
   5. Updates regarding Deer Design.
2. Content outlined in section 1 will be delivered via email to the provided email addresses.

1. Deer Design is the data controller of personal data processed for the Service, based on the agreement under Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.
2. Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary for the Service.
3. Personal data will be processed during the Service period and archived afterward, retaining it as required to enforce claims or until such claims expire.
4. Users have rights under the GDPR, including access, rectification, deletion, data portability, restriction, or objection to processing. These rights may not always apply in every situation. Users also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
5. Personal data may be disclosed to Deer Design employees, associates, or service providers under data processing agreements (e.g., email delivery tools or hosting providers).
6. Deer Design has appointed a Data Protection Officer who can be contacted via email at daneosobowe@deerdesign.pl.
7. Deer Design may segment User information as necessary for the proper provision of the Service. The type of content sent depends on User activity.

1. Deer Design or the User may terminate the Service agreement at any time without cause.
2. Users may unsubscribe from the Service by:
   1. Sending a termination declaration via email to daneosobowe@deerdesign.pl or by mail to ul. Twarda 64, 00-818 Warsaw.
   2. Clicking the unsubscribe link in the footer of each message sent under the Service.

1. Users may submit complaints about the Service via email at daneosobowe@deerdesign.pl or by mail to ul. Twarda 64, 00-818 Warsaw. Including as much information as possible (e.g., type and date of the issue, contact details) will facilitate processing.
2. Deer Design will resolve complaints promptly, no later than 14 days after submission.
3. Responses to complaints will be sent to the email address provided in the complaint or another method specified by the User.
